Studio Nama is a leading interior design firm based in New York and founded by Aren Ebrahimi.

Nama’s design philosophy is rooted in the belief that spaces should tell stories. We aim to thoughtfully incorporate vintage and old pieces—objects with character, history, and soul—into contemporary settings, creating interiors that feel layered, authentic, and timeless.

Prior to entering the field of interior design, Aren enjoyed a successful career as a luxury real estate broker with Compass, the country’s foremost real estate firm. During his time there, he was a key member of one of New York City's most respected teams. His experience in high-end real estate gave him a firsthand appreciation of exceptional design through working alongside top-tier interior designers, architects, and tradespeople. This immersion in design naturally led him to pursue a career in the field.

Aren's background in real estate adds a unique perspective to his design work, ensuring that every project is not only beautiful but also functional, seamless, and tailored to his clients’ lifestyle and needs.

His portfolio spans a diverse range of projects, from gut renovations of historic Brooklyn townhouses to small, sleek Manhattan apartments to modern homes in the Hamptons.
